Für Maddin: Into the West

Weil Maddin grade in den Westen nach Portugal in den Urlaub aufgebrochen ist und weil das Lied so schön ist, poste ich hier das Video von "Into the West" von Annie Lennox. Es war das Titellied von "Die Rückkehr des Königs", des dritten Teils von Peter Jacksons "Der Herr der Ringe" und gewann sogar einen Oscar.

Dazu fällt mir noch eine Episode ein. Als der erste Teil im Kino lief, gab es in einem HdR-Forum einen Thread über nette Erlebnisse beim Filmgucken. Als es in einem Kino in Ostdeutschland (der ehemaligen DDR) zu der Szene kam, wo Galadriel sagt: "Ich werde den Test bestehen und in den WESTEN gehen...", gab es dort großes Gelächter. Das funktioniert natürlich auch nur dort :)
